The WATI
Lending Library is intended to provide access to assistive technology
equipment, software, and resources for children throughout Wisconsin.
The Lending Library offers short term loans (2-5 weeks) free of
charge to service providers in school districts and Birth to 3 programs.
Families should contact their school district or Birth-3 consultant
if interested in borrowing from the library. All loans are made
through these programs. The agency borrowing the item is responsible
for return postage.
Assistive technology is available for the following tasks:

- Electronic Aids to Daily Living
- Mobility
- Vision

Searchable Database (Updated
1/29/07)
This database is an online version of the WATI Lending
Library Catalog. It is the most current listing of the WATI
collection. To search within this database, simply click on
the above link called Searchable Database. You will then have
an open window with three fields in it: Item #, Title, and Description.
You then can search by item number, any part or all of the title,
or any word or phrase within the description. For example:
type in the phrase “augmentative communication” in the
description field and you will receive all the listings containing
“augmentative communication” in the description.

This is the February 2007 WATI Lending Library catalog. This
document is designed for you to browse by category, sub-category,
and area of the AT Check
List, which the catalog has traditionally followed. To navigate
this document you will simply click on the hyperlink of any of the
areas you want to look at. You may also download a pdf version

There is a special edition of the library catalog for Birth
to 6 providers. It is a smaller set of library items to
help with selection. You can download that edition here.
